Ater a pleasant overnight stay with Jeanne and JC and a lazy morning, we took off for Myrtle Beach, SC. After a short 3 1/2 hour drive (another hot one) we arrived at our friends George and Linda (one of Peggy’s nursing school classmates). Peggy had an unexpected surprise as George’s sister Pat with whom Peggy had also gone to nursing school was also visiting and they had a wonderful time catching up on the many years since they had last seen each other. As usual, we stayed up late reminiscing old times and thoroughly enjoying ourselves.
